2. Service Description
QRxub is a technological platform for creating and maintaining medical emergency QR codes. QRxub is NOT a medical service, does not provide health care, does not replace professional medical attention, and is not responsible for decisions made based on QR information.
3. Subscription and Payments
The service costs $1 USD/month or $10 USD/year. You can cancel anytime from your subscription panel. No refunds for unused periods.
4. Your Information
You are solely responsible for the information you load into your profile. You declare having authorization from the people you add as emergency contacts.
5. Limitation of Liability
QRxub is not responsible for medical decisions made based on QR information, for service availability, or for third-party use of information.
