The same QR, for every outing
From the moment they start spending time away from you: preschool, the playground, summer camp, a friend's house. They don't need to read or explain anything — the QR exists precisely to speak when the child can't or is frightened.
That's why a direct scan shows no home address and no clinical history: only blood type, allergies and who to call. Sensitive data stays behind ID verification and a PIN. Whoever finds your child can call you without knowing where you live.
The usual approach is to spread it out: one sewn onto the backpack, one on the uniform label and one on the phone case if they already have one. Since the code never changes, you can print the same QR as many times as you want.
It's one of the strongest cases. A teacher or a birthday host scans it and sees the allergy and the rescue medication before offering any food, without depending on the child remembering to speak up.
