Yes. The QR opens an ordinary web page in the phone's browser. There is no app to download, no account to create and no permissions to accept. Whoever helps you points the camera and sees your critical information on screen.
The QR points to a URL, so the person scanning needs a connection on their own phone. What you don't need is signal, battery or an unlocked phone: the information lives in the printed QR, not in your handset.
No. There are three levels. A direct scan only shows what saves lives: blood type, allergies, medication and emergency contacts. The full history requires ID verification, and complete access requires a 4-digit PIN that only you control.
You edit the data from your dashboard and the QR is updated instantly. The printed code never changes, so there is nothing to reprint: the tag or card you already carry keeps working.
It costs $10 per year (about $0.83 a month) or $1 per month if you prefer monthly billing. There is no free plan. Payment goes through MercadoPago in Argentina and Latin America, or LemonSqueezy from the rest of the world.
You can download it in high resolution and print it wherever you like, or ask for it already printed if you don't have a printer. Either way the code is the same and never changes: if you edit your data later, the copy you already printed stays up to date.
